Do I need an appointment to get my clothes altered?

No, an appointment is not required for any alterations.

How long does a fitting take?

Usually 5-10 minutes, but when more intricate alterations are needed a fitting can take up to 30 minutes.

How long will my alteration take?

We are a customer orientated business,  therefore we try our best to meet your requirements. Usually it takes 2-4 days due to high demand, but we can provide a same day service for urgent cases, and we will always try to work with you if you have a deadline you need to meet. Just pop in or give us a call to discuss.

What is the difference between a Plain Hem and an Original (Euro) Hem?

A Plain Hem is when the bottom of the trousers is folded and sewn together to create a new hem. The original hem will be lost.

Euro Hem is when the original pant hem is cut off, the trousers are shortened to the desired length and the original hem is re-attached.

SHOULD MY GARMENTS BE WASHED BEFORE I BRING IT IN FOR ALTERATIONS?

Yes, only clean garments should be brought in for alterations. We can offer a dry cleaning service.

What if I’m not happy with the results?

We think you will be satisfied with our work, but if for any reason you are not, we will always work with you until you are 100% satisfied.

How can I pay?

For your convenience we accept cash, and debit/credit cards and ApplePay.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken at time of collection.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m till 5 p.m.
